Our Sales Consultants

 

 

Joan Hewins

Joan brings more than a decade of real estate experience to her role as a sales consultant at Providence Island in Queens Harbor, Palencia and Port St. John. Her career includes general real estate experience with a major national real estate firm and extensive experience as a new homes specialist in the North Florida area—both as an on-site consultant and as a selections coordinator. Joan’s broad background in real estate gives her a wealth of ability to help homeowners tailor a home to their individual needs. In addition to her work with Brylen, Joan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Sales and Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association. She is also a Certified Sales Professional with years of multi-million dollar sales production, and attended Frostburg State College in Maryland.

 

Janice Quarles

Janice is a 13-year veteran of the real estate industry. Her business experience includes customer service roles in several industries. In her 11 years as a real estate broker, she has received numerous customer satisfaction awards. Janice has lived on Amelia Island for more than two decades and brings a wealth of local knowledge to our prospective home buyers. She curently serves as a sales professional for our Amelia Park community on Amelia Island.

 

 

Don Lendry

A graduate of Boston University's School of Management, Don works as a sales consultant at our corporate office and specializes in building a Brylen Home on individual home sites. For thirty-six years, Don worked as a sales representative for Jostens Inc., Printing and Publishing Division where he received numerous sales awards. Don came out of retirement to join his sons, Bryan and Steven, in the home building business. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Nassau County Board of Realtors.

 

 

Clen Ward

Clen Ward brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to his position as an on-site sales consultant. Since his teenage years, real estate and homebuilding have been a part of Clen’s life in one form or another. His extensive background in real estate assists him in tailoring homes to clients’ individual needs. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and, has successfully completed all of the North Florida Builder Site Agent Courses. Originally from Wellington North Carolina, he now calls Ponte Vedra Beach his permanent home.

Steve Curtis

Steve joined Brylen Homes in early 1998, and brings more than 12 years of homebuilding and project management experience to his position as Project Manager. His responsibilities at Brylen Homes include scheduling, coordinating and supervising construction projects, as well as ordering materials.

 

 

Glen Cacciapouti

Glen Cacciapouti joined Brylen Homes in 2004 as a Project Manager. Glen relocated his family from Marlborough, Massachusetts where he owned and operated a subcontracting company. His previous experience in the construction industry is invaluable when it comes to ensuring that Brylen homes meet the standards and quality that customers expect.

 

 

Shawn Kemp

Shawn has been with Brylen Homes for three years working as a project manager. He is responsible for the scheduling and completion of new homes involving tasks ranging from plan reviews, to the final walk-through with the homeowner. Before moving to the Mandarin area of Jacksonville three years ago, Shawn attended Indiana University and pursued a business degree. Upon moving to Florida he found his calling in construction management with Brylen Homes.

Vicki Johnson

With more than 16 years of experience in the local homebuilding industry, Vicki Johnson brings a wealth of experience to her position as Accounts Payable Manager for Brylen Homes. In addition to overseeing the payment of invoices, Vicki tracks insurance coverage for subcontractors and handles other administrative and office functions. She joined the Brylen Team in 1997.

 

 

 

Executive Officers

 

 

Bryan Lendry

Bryan Lendry’s reputation for building beautiful, solid homes has become as established as the neighborhoods in which he builds. Bryan is the founder, president and CEO of Custom Homes by Bryan Lendry and Brylen Homes. He graduated from American International College in Massachusetts. He is a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Salesperson.

 

 

Jeff Tabb

As Vice President of Custom Homes by Bryan Lendry, LTD, Jeff oversees the Custom Home building division. His primary responsibilities are sales, preconstruction administration, guiding the project managers, and warranty administration. Employed with the company since 1993 and a licensed Realtor since 1999, Jeff brings extensive knowledge of construction and real estate to his position. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and a yearly winner of the Million-Dollar Circle Award since 1999. Jeff has a BA degree in marketing/finance from the University of Cincinnati.

 

 

Beth Antzaklis

As Vice President and primary marketing executive for Brylen Homes, Beth oversees the sales and marketing of new homes throughout Nassau, Duval and St. Johns counties. She is also an active participant in the Brylen companies’ corporate planning, product design and company administration. Before joining Brylen Homes in 1993, she spent nine years working in sales and administrative positions with several area homebuilders and Realty firms.

 

 

Steve Lendry

As Vice President of Construction for Brylen Homes, Steven Lendry oversees all aspects of construction of homes on Amelia Island, bringing more than 13 years of homebuilding experience to the job. Before joining Brylen in 1993, Steven served as a Production Supervisor and Supervisor Trainee for two Jacksonville-area homebuilders.
